You are required to select a company. You should select a company for which annual report is available for at least one year (2018, 2017 or 2016). The company is to be a company of your choice, but, must be listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange.

You are required to prepare a report on the chosen company. The report should conform the following:

▪ An overview about the company and the industry in which it operates.

▪ Identify the key structure of corporate governance of the chosen company, and in your own words describe if this structure good or bad.

▪ Identify the CSR activities conducted by the chosen company.

▪ Determine some item that the management could use to engage in earnings management.
